Sean Browne took an action-packed TradeZone GT3/GT4 race at Hampton Downs. The tough, wet, conditions in the reverse grid race had a number of cars running off track, but Browne kept his cool to come home with the win by just 0.08s over Martyn Todd in second.
The pair pulled a significant 26-second lead out over Jeff Sharp who made it home in third. Robin Greenland held the lead early in the race to come home in fourth, four-seconds ahead of Logan Childs in fifth.
Matt Podjursky made it home in sixth just ahead of the leading GT4 car of Wayne Bryant. Behind Bryant was Steve Elliot, who finished second in the GT4 class and eighth overall and S Gregory who was third in GT4. Jason Feck and Shane Whitley finished in tenth and 11th respectively with just 0.016s separating the pair as they crossed the line.
Ivan Knauf came home fourth in the GT4 class and 12th overall. Richard Moore and Nigel Karl rounded out the top ten in the GT3 class in 13th and 14th respectively.
Jordyn Wallace and Michael Marsh came home fifth and sixth in class respectively. Louis Kuriger, almost seven seconds behind, finished seventh in GT4.
