Brian Hamilton has won the final race of the weekend for the TradeZone GT3/GT4 series at Pukekohe Park. Hamilton held on to the win in the reverse grid handi-cap despite a last-lap surge from Nigel Karl which culminated in a close finish, less than half a second separating them at the line. Hamilton not only won the overall race but was the winner of the GT4 class with Karl taking GT3 honours.
Wayne Bryant was third overall, second in GT4, with Layne Collier fourth and Richard Wagstaff fifth after the latter had a close battle to the line. Louis Kuriger finished sixth, just behind fourth and fifth, with Logan Childs seventh and Nick Jones eighth. Shane Whitley and Garry Carswell rounded out the top ten.
Andrew Stewart took 11th place just behind Carswell, while Luke Hilhorst, Toby Annabell and Robin Greenland all fought hard over the final spots of the running cars.
