Realitvely new to motorsport, been a member of Bay of Plenty Motorsport Club for last three years never done any racing prior to this,  done a number of club events hill climbs sprints, gymkhanas etc , playdays on track and this year completed the Inaurgral Hampton downs 12 hour Endurance Race with my eldest daughther and three mates. Did this with an amazing Team of people,mechanic,s tyre and fuel people and the ladies who kept us feed and watered, a great event and would be the best Team event I have been invloved in for many years .We are going to do both rounds next year all going well. Did last round of GTRNZ at Taupo in 2010 and throughly enjoyed it, met alot of people, they were friendly helpful and supportive and this encouraged me to do the whole 2010/2011 series. Enjoy my car club things but want to test myself and my car against like minded drivers in close and fast racing, am looking forward to it.

Married to Heather , two daugthers Lauren 23, and Briar 19, lived in Tauranga for 30 years, originally from Taumaruni in the King country. Used to own a rental equipment Company called Ready Hire which had branches throughout the Central North Island and now have a rental car business at Mount Maunganui and Rotorua.
